1- stay away from illicit drugs, included but not limited to alcohol, cocaine, meth, heroin, ketamine, obviously. Weed is not an illicit drug. It is an herb and I love to mix it with other cannabinoids. I believe in so if you smoke herb, mix up some CBD in your regimen, A well balance regimen of cannabis and herbs will reap the benefits.
2 - eat a healthy diet. I also believe in a well-balanced diet of fruits, protein, grain, superfoods and such will give you a head start to have less flares. Keep a garden or hit the farmer's market. If you live in an area to has a "store" of b grade food, give it a try. Unfortunately for me they're not in the Honolulu area. Keep a variety of spices, oils, sauces in your cabinet so that you're able to make an array of sauces.
We have been eating homemade meals for 3 months, we have been on a budget. I am so fucking lucky I married a chef because he can come up with a dish with things in our cabinet that I would never have figured out.
3 - take care and listen to your body. If you're tired rest. Hungry, eat. Take advantage of your good days to work towards your goals. When you feel that something is off in your body processes, don't let your ego get in the way, go get it checked out. Better to be safe than sorry. If you're not working and have no health benefits, seek assistance from the states or any county resources.
